1) To confirm a booking, the tenant needs to pay a security deposit and rent for the month in advance before move-in. Paying a token amount does not guarantee that the room is booked.

2) There is a lock-in period of three months. If a tenant moves-out before this, the security amount will not be refundable.

3) Booking amount is not refundable in any case and Roomlelo blocks the room for the tenant only for 24hours from the time of payment of the Booking amount.
