What are the circumstances where a tenant may not qualify for security refund.
Moving out before lock-in period, misbehave or misconduct by tenant are some of the situations where a tenant disqualifies for security refund.
Will you refund my booking amount, if at the time of move in the owner rejects me.
In such cases, we will suggest other available options as per your requirement,or else we will refund your booking amount.
Do I qualify for a security refund if I move out before the lock-in period?
It is already mentioned in your agreement, no refund on security if you vacate the house before lock-in.
How can i be sure that the damage is done by me only as I have already vacated the house?
Before you vacate, the house will be inspected by our property manager in your presence and a proper checklist will be generated for all the damage, just to avoid any conflict.
Full security money will be refunded once I vacate the house?
In normal scenario, the full amount is refunded, but in case of damage done to the property,the recovery amount will be deducted from your security deposit.
If I vacate the house due to an emergency situation without prior notice, what refunds can I avail?
No refund on rent , Although if you have crossed your lockin period with us, Your security deposit is refundable.
I want to move out in the middle of the month.I am eligible for 15 days rent refund?
We cannot refund rent in such scenarios because your house is booked for you for the entire month.
Can I get my refund in cash?
No, we do not refund in cash.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
It may take 3 to 15 days for the amount to actually reflect in your account depending on the mode of payment.In case of natural calamities or political unrest it may take a little longer.
What is the process for my security deposit refund?
